IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE MY MASSAGE?
Be sure to tell your massage therapist what you would like out of your therapy sessions including any areas that need to be tended to or past injuries. You comfort level is important, so please let your therapist know if you are not. We suggest that on the day of your massage that you do not drink alcohol prior to your appointment or afterward. We also discourage taking opioid pain relievers for safety reasons.
I AM TAKING PRESCRIBED MEDICATIONS. HOW DOES THAT EFFECT MY MASSAGE?
