MELANIE MORRISSETTE, LMT

Melanie discovered the power of massage to comfort and heal while providing care for her grandmother who was battling bone cancer. The experience propelled her to explore the benefits of therapeutic massage and inspired a life change and new career as a massage therapist. She earned her degree from Branford Hall in 2009. After working for a well-established massage practice, Melanie decided to create a place to establish her own vision. Thus, Storrs Therapeutic massage was born in 2013. Since then, she has expanded her business to include acupuncture as well.

TAYLOR SEYMOUR, LMT

Taylor is the newest member of the massage team. As a yoga instructor, she became interested in helping people maintain optimal health by working on the body and mind in harmony. As a recent graduate from the Connecticut Center of Massage Therapy in 2016, Taylor can provide you with the latest techniques. She specializes in therapeutic, deep tissue, and sports massage as well as trigger point release.
SANDRA MASON, LMT

Being a Licensed Massage Therapist is not only my career but my passion. I proudly graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage in Newington, CT and got my license shortly after. I love to provide an invaluable service to people who are in pain or experiencing stress. Massage therapy has innumerable benefits and it is my pleasure to provide those benefits to people in need. I have loved helping people all my life. Therefore, giving a person a sense of relief and relaxation, is one of my greatest satisfactions.
CARLY SMITH, LMT

Carly grew up in an environment where alternative healing methods were given time and attention. With parents practicing in both sound healing and reiki her mind was opened from a young age to the power of energy working. Carly graduated from Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy and is certified in lymphatic drainage. She is excited to assist those in need of relaxation or more focused work as well as conquering health goals.
LEAH STYGAR, LMT

My massage journey began in 2011 after earning my degree from Branford Hall. I have always seen the value in self care and as a mother of two I’ve learned it should always be a priority. All my life I have loved helping others and my goal with massage is to connect with people and understand their needs so they can always walk away feeling relaxed, at ease, and happy with their choice to put their well-being first.
